Back in 1925, a certain Mr. Corbett had a vision of America by the year 1950. His vision was published in the Popular Science Monthly magazine August 1925 issue. According to him, by the year 1950, American city streets will have four levels. The top level will be for pedestrians, the second for the slow motor traffic, the third for the fast moving traffic and the bottom is for electric trains.
