Another video posted in YouTube that’s lately gaining a lot of attention is the dancing squid dish in a bowl. According to the poster, the dish was served (and filmed) at a restaurant in Hakodate in Hokkaido, Japan. It had salmon roe and seaweed among other things, topped with the “dancing” squid on top. When the soy sauce was poured on the squid, it made it move and “dance”. According to one comment, the sodium in the soy sauce made it move.
